TInspection visits are for potential clients
who are serious about purchasing in Northern Cyprus. They
involve an exhausting schedule which allows you to learn about
our company and see for yourself our construction in progress
and some examples of our finished products. It is a fully
accompanied itinerary and gives you the opportunity to show you
some of the beauty and culture of Northern Cyprus.
The price is discounted at £355 (English Pound) per person and
includes 2 Nights in a 5 Star Hotel and a restaurant night. This
amount is fully refundable upon a deposit contract (Maximum 4
people per contract). We would advise that the tour may be
unsuitable for under 14s.
Inspection visits depart on Saturdays from Heathrow Airport and
include with your departure on the following Monday at 08:30.
Day 1 – Saturday

Cyprus Night – Cypriot cuisine and dancing
Transport return to Hotel
Day 2 – Sunday
08:15 – 09-15 Communal Breakfasts
09:15 – 11:00 Departure for tour of Kyrenia Castle and harbor
11:00 – 14:00 Site tours of our current sites, current
construction and completed projects
14:15 – 15:00 Turkish coffee / Tad and Baklava (Turkish dessert)
at Office
15:00 – 17:00 Talk by well respected local solicitor, Seyhan
Yildirim, about the legal process, stage payments, inheritance
and death Duty, utility costs.
Discuss/sign contracts.
Choose marble/ceramic flooring- Kitchen units and bathroom
unites for property from choices. Discuss swimming pool options
if required- discuss and extras personally needed.
Optional appointment with HSBC - Assistant manager Younger to be
booked in advance.
Return to Hotel.
19:00 Pick up for Bellapais Gardens Restaurant.
Day 3 - Monday
06:15 Pick up for airport transfer. Return flight Ercan –
Heathrow.
